Lady C (also known as Aloesia), is a versatile, Canadian multi-instrumentalist, composer, and visual artist. She writes and performs in a variety of styles, but is currently focussing on Experimental, Electronic, and raw live Drum/Vocal pieces, stretching into the avant-garde and Leftfield. Her music and visual creations are abstract and polyphonic in nature, with an emphasis on spontaneity, yet have a solid foundation and sense of direction, taking the audience on a beautifully unique journey through Space and Time. She takes particular musical influence from Instrumental music streaming from Classical, Jazz, and many forms of Electronic. Lady C, and indeed Aloesia, take inspiration from their surroundings, including many forms of visual art and music.
